They are worried that Spears, who only recently dumped going no where wannabe rapper husband Kevin Federline, maybe lining up another relationship disaster, after she was spotted dating bed-hopping US actor Mario Lopez.
Last night Spears was spotted in the Tryst nightclub with new best friend, Paris Hilton!
The two women partied for more than two hours at the club on Sunday night, hitting the dance floor and dancing to Hilton's songs.
Britney could be seen smoking and at one point walked around the club wearing just a shirt and fishnet stockings.
