(June 5, 12:20PM ET) -- It was quite a night for Paris Hilton in Hollywood Saturday. She partied it up at the MTV Movie Awards, then hit the clubs for a little post-awards show fun. Not wanting to stop the party -- she invited 50 or 60 of her closest friends back to her house, including frenemy Lindsay Lohan.
