Las Vegas, 11/20/2006 - Britney Spears hit Las Vegas late last week to the delight of her fans who wanted to see her be herself - a great singer and icon for young Americans. However, considering that naivety is large part of being Britney Spears her fans are now not sure.

They are worried that Spears, who only recently dumped going no where wannabe rapper husband Kevin Federline, maybe lining up another relationship disaster, after she was spotted dating bed-hopping US actor Mario Lopez.

Last night Spears was spotted in the Tryst nightclub with new best friend, Paris Hilton!

The two women partied for more than two hours at the club on Sunday night, hitting the dance floor and dancing to Hilton's songs.

Britney could be seen smoking and at one point walked around the club wearing just a shirt and fishnet stockings.

Paris Hilton wants to be the first celebrity to go into space

Paris Hilton wants to be the first celebrity to go into space.
The hotel heiress plans to take her reality TV show 'The Simple Life' into orbit and have cameras filming her as she trains to be the first celebrity astronaut.

A source said: "She imagines she would be followed by cameras going through all the training before ultimately blasting off to become the world's first celeb astronaut."
However, Paris' 'Simple Life' co-star Nicole Richie, who she was recently reunited with before the fifth series of the show began filming, is not so keen on the trip because she is afraid of flying.

The source added: "Nicole is out. There's no amount of money that would tempt her to do that. She hates flying on jets!"

Paris, 25, recently revealed men are often disappointed that she is not as sexy as they expected her to be.
She said: "People shouldn't judge me and assume that's how I am. I get in so many fights with guys who say, 'In public, you are the sexiest sex symbol, but you're not sexual at all at home.'"
Paris admits she would rather eat than have sex.

She said: "I'd rather watch a movie or eat."

Hilton: 'Lohan and I Are Good Pals'

Socialite Paris Hilton has reconciled with former foe Lindsay Lohan, just a week after reuniting with ex-best friend Nicole Richie.
"The Simple Life" reality TV stars stunned the media on October 8 when they started talking after a 21-month feud, and last weekend the hotel heiress decided to make peace with singer/actress Lohan.

Hilton and Lohan fell out in October 2005, when the socialite began dating Stavros Niarchos III, the ex-boyfriend of mutual friend Mary-Kate Olsen. Lohan released a statement at the time, saying, "Lindsay is very good friends with Mary-Kate, and she is appalled that Paris is dating Stavros."

The party girls embarked on a high-profile media battle, which included Lohan accusing Hilton of hacking into her voicemail, telling Elle magazine, "I started getting prank calls from them (Hilton and Brandon Davis) on my voicemail. ... Obviously, she's very comfortable making videos," referring to the hotel heiress' infamous sex tape "1 Night in Paris."

However, Hilton and Lohan reconciled in Las Vegas, where they stayed together at the Palms Hotel and gambled until the early hours of the morning.
Hilton tells LuxeLife, "Lindsay and I were sitting around in L.A. with no plans and no dates so we decided to just come to Vegas and party.

"Lindsay and I are good friends and we both are single, solo and love Vegas, so why not on the spur of the moment just fly in?"
Lohan adds, "We're here for fun and we're going to enjoy it."

Hilton tells US publication Star: "I'm scared of her. I feel like I have to do something to protect myself."The hotel heiress was talking to her former flame Stavros Niarchos when Moakler apparently approached her screaming expletives.

Hilton says: "She threw a punch in my left jaw so hard." She then says Niarchos threw his drink in Moakler's face, but adds: "He never touched her. She was never touched by anyone."Both women filed police reports regarding the incident, with Moakler claiming Niarchos pushed her down some stairs.Moakler was reportedly unhappy about reports suggesting Hilton is romantically linked with her estranged husband Travis Barker.

Paris Hilton and Shanna Moakler, ex-wife of Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker, were involved in a fight during the early hours of Wednesday morning (04.10.06).Paris - who was recently spotted kissing Travis - filed a police report in the early hours alleging that Moakler punched her in the jaw at Los Angeles' Hyde nightclub.

Meanwhile, Shanna gave a police statement claiming that Paris' ex-boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos, pushed her down some stairs. The 'Simple Life' star's publicist, Elliot Mintz, claims that at approximately 1.10am his client was approached by Shanna who screamed obscenities at her and then punched her in the face.

Mintz added that Shanna had to be restrained by several people to allow Paris - who he insists never retaliated against her assailant - to leave the nightclub.Mintz said: "I would encourage Paris, with the consent of her attorney, to seek a restraining order against Shanna to prevent any escalation of this irrational and dangerous behaviour."Following the incident, Paris went straight to the Los Angeles Police Department's Hollywood Division where she filed a report alleging battery.

Police took photos of both women at the station, though it is not known if either had visible injuries.Shanna statement claims that Stavros poured a drink over her head and then shoved her down some stairs. Some of the dancers from US TV show 'Dancing with the Stars' reportedly witnessed the incident.

Nick Carter Prefers Sleeping With "Normal Girls" Not Paris Hilton

Los Angeles, CA (BANG) - With the debut of his new show "House of Carters" on E! this month, Nick Carter is speaking out about his love life for the first time in a long time.

He may sometimes come across as arrogant, but Nick Carter is just a down-to-earth, sensitive guy - or at least that's what he would like you to believe - who says he would rather date a "normal girl" than a celebrity.

The former Backstreet Boys star - who has dated a string of stars including Paris Hilton - says the best sex he ever had was with his first love, Debbie LeFave.
Nick, 26, told shock-jock Howard Stern, "Maybe that's just because it was my first. Actually a lot of the girls I've just had the best sex with or best anything with have been just normal girls."

The singer dated 23-year-old LeFave while they were at school together but the pair broke up after she allegedly cheated on him with a girl. Former teacher LeFave hit the headlines again recently when she was sent to jail for 18 months after sleeping with a 13-year-old student.

Meanwhile, Nick also revealed how his former lover Paris would blow hot and cold.
He revealed, "In the very beginning, you know, she was literally cleaning my carpet in my apartment trying to act all domesticated. And then, before you know it, a month or two goes by and it's back to the old nose up in the air and who are you?"

Hilton's Drunk-Driving Arraignment Postponed

Paris Hilton's arraignment on drunk-driving charges has been postponed until December at the request of her attorney.

The singer/socialite was originally scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday on charges she was driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level of at least 0.08 percent.

According to city attorney spokesman Nick Velasquez, it's not unusual for a first court date to be postponed to a later time.

The arraignment is now scheduled for December 5 in Los Angeles Superior Court. Hilton is not required to appear.
The 25-year-old was arrested on September 7 after leaving a Hollywood party and driving to In-N-Out for a hamburger.
If convicted, she could be sentenced to six months in jail and fined $1,000.

How Generous Is Paris?

When you've got it, flaunt it... it's a saying we're quite fond of here at Showbiz HQ.

And, for once, we're not talking about the revealing outfits some celebs like to parade around in.
Nope, it's more heart-warming than that.
It might be presumed that Paris Hilton has a fair bit of cash in her piggy bank.
But she doesn't just keep it all to herself...

When a homeless man in Hollywood cheekily asked her for $100, she was happy to splash said cash.

Apparently, he dashed up to the socialite's car as she was leaving a McDonald's.
McDonald's? Oh, the life of a multi-millionairess starlet...

According to TMZ.com, the homeless man dropped his request to a modest $1, but it seems Ms Hilton was in a generous mood.
A source at the scene said: "Paris reached down beside her and handed the man a crumpled $100 bill.
"She then stopped to pose for pictures with the homeless guy, who offered to wash her windows, before racing off."

Paris Hilton: Barker-ing mad

Paris Hilton has been caught "making out" with former Blink 182 rocker Travis Barker.

The pair were first spotted getting intimate at New York's lavish Butter club on Monday (11.09.06), but carried on their canoodling on at celebrity hangout Marquee, in Manhattan, on Tuesday night (12.09.06).

An onlooker said: "They were all over each other."Paris' spokesperson has not denied she is dating Travis, saying: "Paris is single right now. You may in the future see her in the company of other men."The 'House of Wax' actress recently revealed she had broken her vow of celibacy - after less than a month.

The hotel heiress had a bet with a group of friends, nicknamed the "single girls club", to see who could last the longest without sex. She lost the wager after reportedly spending the night with Travis earlier this month. However, Shanna Moakler - who is in the process of divorcing Travis - is not impressed by her soon-to-be-ex-husband's antics. She explained to People magazine: "When I first heard of the situation I felt betrayed, but... I've decided not to exacerbate the situation by commenting on each new aspect of Travis' personal life."

Paris Hilton arrested for drunken driving

Celebrity Paris Hilton was arrested in Hollywood early today on suspicion of drink driving, but her publicist says she'd only had one drink.

Los Angeles police pulled the hotel heiress over and tested her for intoxication after seeing her drive erratically, Los Angeles police officer Robert Andreno told Reuters.
"She was arrested so, yes, she failed the sobriety test," said Andreno.
Los Angeles police spokeswoman Marjan Mobasser said Hilton was stopped by traffic officers in the Hollywood area around 1am.

Hilton, the 25-year-old heiress to the Hilton hotel and real estate dynasty, has achieved celebrity through saturation media coverage of her hard-partying lifestyle and a growing number of television appearances.
Her publicist Elliot Mintz, who picked up his client from the police station, said Hilton was affected more than usual by the one drink she had because it was "one drink on an empty stomach after a full day's work".
"It's the absolute minimum amount of alcohol in your system that would justify an arrest," he told reporters.
Mintz said Hilton's day started at 4.30am for the second day of a music video shoot for new album Paris. In the evening, she went to a charity event in Hollywood and had a drink without eating dinner, Mintz said.
He said Kimberly Stewart, the daughter of rocker Rod Stewart, was in Hilton's Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren sports car when she was pulled over.

Mintz said Hilton regretted the arrest but had not decided if she would contest the allegation until she spoke with her lawyers.
Hilton is best known for her hit reality show The Simpl
e Life and for a sex video that showed up on the internet.

Earlier this year a judge ordered Hilton to stay away from a Los Angeles party planner who accused her of bombarding him with angry phone calls, shoving him and threatening his life.
Hilton's arrest follows the highly publicised case of actor Mel Gibson, who ignited a furor in July when he embarked on an anti-Semitic rant when he was stopped for speeding.
Gibson was placed on probation for three years last month after pleaded no contest to a drink driving charge.

Hilton diddled by prank

SOME Paris Hilton fans in Britain may have got more -- or less -- than they bargained for when they bought her debut album.

HMV has pulled from shelves several copies of Hilton's Paris album that have been doctored by British prankster Banksy.
They show a topless image of the celebrity heiress and a picture in which she sports the head of a dog.

A sticker promotes the "hits" Why am I Famous? What Have I Done? and What Am I For?
Instead of Hilton's perky pop, the CD features 40 minutes of remixed music by a musician identified only as DM.
Banksy's spokeswoman said the artist had planted 500 copies of the altered album across Britain.

Banksy, who remains anonymous, has surreptitiously hung fake artworks in major galleries in New York, Paris and London, and displayed a rock painting of a spear-toting man pushing a shopping cart in the British Museum in London.

Paris Hilton's first album flops

Paris sold just 75,000 copies in the US during its first week. With second week sales extrapolated to reach just 30,000 the new album described as a mix of R&B, pop and hip-hop has turned out to be an unmitigated flop.

Paris Hilton's music career is looking far from promising despite the expectations raised by the success of her first single Stars Are Blind.
Page Six, quoting data released by Soundscan, reports that her first album Paris, released on 22 Aug 2006, sold just 75,000 copies in the US during its first week, a far cry from the first weeks sales of 320,000 notched up by Christina Aguilera's third album Back to Basics .

With second week sales extrapolated to reach just 30,000 Hilton's new album described as a mix of R&B, pop and hip-hop is an unmitigated flop.
The promising Stars Are Blind single featured on the Album, which debuted at Number 18 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart last month has slid to the last but one position now. Hilton's label, in an attempt to revive the petering sales for Paris has rushed out her second single Turn It Up but that single isn't doing well either.

"The international outlook is not much better for her," one industry source told Page Six. "The international people are not inclined to do a big push since she can't back up the album with a tour. Obviously, she can't sing live."

According to the source Hilton was advised a year ago to train her voice, work with choreographers and learn an instrument to prepare for a limited tour, but "obviously she didn't listen."

Did Paris Hilton hack Lindsay Lohan's voice mail?

The feud between celebrities Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan has taken a turn for the geeky, with a small fake-Caller ID seller accusing Hilton of hacking into voice-mail accounts on an unnamed mobile phone network. Hilton was one of more than 50 customers whose accounts were suspended because they had been using SpoofCard.com's Caller ID spoofing service to hack into voice-mail accounts, according to Mark Del Bianco, SpoofCard.com's attorney. Many of the accounts that were hacked via the spoofing service belonged to well-known celebrities, including Lohan, he said.

SpoofCard.com has not actually accused Hilton of hacking sp
ecifically into Lohan's voice mail. But celebrity gossip sheets, already abuzz with the rivalry between the two divas, jumped on the story. The New York Post reported last month that someone had stolen the password to Lohan's BlackBerry and sent her friends "disgusting and very mean messages that everyone thought were coming from Lindsay." Lohan's representatives hinted that Hilton may have been behind the hack, the Post said. Hilton could not be reached for comment, but her spokesman Elliot Mintz told E! Online that the alleged hacking "just didn't happen" and suggested that someone else may have opened the SpoofCard.com account in Hilton's name.

Both the Cingular Wireless LLC and T-Mobile USA Inc. telephone networks use Caller ID to identify voice-mail users without requiring passwords. So users on either network could have been vulnerable to the misuse alleged by SpoofCard.com, said Lance James, chief scientist at security vendor Secure Science Corp. The scandal illustrates how the telephone industry has been affected by inexpensive telephony software, like the open-source Asterisk telephone system. Recently, phishers have been using this software to set up inexpensive phone networks that give their fake e-mails an added air of authenticity, for example. And with less than 10 employees, SpoofCard.com was able to use Asterisk and Linux to create a line of business that would have been far too expensive just 10 years ago. The fake-Caller ID vendor sells 60-minute calling cards for $10 that let users call a toll-free number and type in whatever Caller ID number they want their call to display.

While SpoofCard.com maintains that there are legitimate uses for Caller ID spoofing -- allowing remote employees to appear as though they are dialing from their company's phone system, for example -- the latest incident indicates that this technology has created new opportunities for misuse as well. One year ago, U.S. Rep. Tim Murphy (R-Pa.) claimed that he was the victim of someone who used fake Caller ID to leave inappropriate messages that appeared to come from his own office. Earlier this year, the U.S. Federal Communications Commission launched an investigation into Caller ID spoofing sites, but according to James, these voice mail break-ins could be stopped if all mobile carriers simply required passwords. "The fix is on the communications side," he said. "They just need to lock [their voice-mail systems] down like Verizon does."

YouTube eyes ad money with Paris Hilton channel

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - YouTube, the online sensation that facilitates the viewing of 100 million amateur videos a day, is introducing a couple of new ways for advertisers to tap into the Web site's popularity while preserving its decidedly noncommercial attitude.

Beginning Tuesday, YouTube will roll out its first Brand Channel, where Warner Bros. Records will promote Paris Hilton's debut album, "Paris."
Brand Channels are much like the channels created for all YouTube users who upload their homemade videos to the site, though the purpose of a Brand Channel is to sell a product rather than to simply promote one's ability to attract an audience for their work.
YouTube will help drive traffic to the Brand Channels it sells, and the channels might have sponsors, as is the case with the Paris Hilton Channel, sponsored by Fox's "Prison Break."

The second initiative that officially rolls out Tuesday actually began nine days ago and is a platform that YouTube calls participatory video ads (PVAs).
YouTube co-founder and CEO Chad Hurley said the first PVA was for the Weinstein Co.'s current movie release "Pulse." The PVA appeared as a video commercial on the YouTube home page that users could rate, share and comment on -- in other words, do whatever they do with the usual fare they find on the site. The ads also earn "most viewed," "most discussed" and "top favorite" status just as regular YouTube content does.
The "Pulse" ad was viewed 900,000 times in four days, Hurley said. By comparison, all-time YouTube champ "Evolution of Dance" -- a six-minute video from Judson Laipply, a motivational speaker from Cleveland -- boasts 29 million views.

YouTube is the No. 1 video/movie destination on the Internet, garnering 11 million unique visitors for the week ending August 6, according to Nielsen//NetRatings, more than twice that of No. 2 destination IMDb.com and more than four times that of Netflix.com, which is No. 3 on the list.

All that traffic, however, has yet to translate into profit or meaningful revenue as the site, launched in December, has been mulling ways to incorporate advertising without irritating rabid fans.
Hurley said Brand Channels and PVA are the first attempts with more to come, and he said he has found that advertisers so far are embracing the platforms.
"Our pipeline is filling up very quickly," he said. "This is the beginning of our vision. We want to introduce ads that don't interrupt the experience."

Paris Hilton: My record is, like, so good!

New York -- Paris Hilton is no stranger to self-promotion. But when she asked DJs to play songs from her debut album, last spring, she wasn't so confident. "People go crazy," the socialite, TV star and singer said in an interview. "Everyone's like, 'Who is this?' I don't tell."
She explained: "I think when people don't know it's me, they won't judge it. But if they know it's me, then they'll be like, 'Ugh.' "
Paris, the album, is set for release today. Hilton's breathy, reggae-infused single, Stars Are Blind, has climbed to the top of Billboard's dance music chart. She says of the album: "I, like, cry when I listen to it, it's so good." As for her reality TV appearances: "I'm always playing a character," she said. " . . . I don't really want to show everyone the real me."

Luv bite sends Paris Hilton to the doctor

Heiress, socialite, actress and now singer Paris Hilton on Tuesday found that keeping exotic pets is no child's play. Hilton was bitten by her pet kinkajou Baby Luv on her arm when she was playing with the animal. The incident occurred at 3 am Tuesday at Hilton's Los Angeles home when she was playing with the kinkajou 'the way some people play with their cats and dogs', her publicist Elliot Mintz said. At some point, the monkey got excited and bit Hilton on her left arm. “Baby Luv bit her. It's a superficial bite on her left arm,” Mintz said. The hotel heiress was then rushed to the hospital where after being checked for the bite, she was given a tetanus shot. “She was seen by a doctor, who treated the wound, gave her a tetanus shot, cleaned the wound and applied something to it,” said Mintz, who took the 25-year-old to the doctor.

Hilton bought Baby Luv last November from Las Vegas and brought him back to Los Angeles despite warnings by California Department of Fish and Game. “People see these kinds of animals on TV and think they're so cute and playful and harmless. In fact, they can be deadly. It's a lose-lose situation. They are extremely difficult to handle, extremely difficult to properly care for, and it's bad for the animal and usually bad for the person,” said Patrick Foy, a spokesman for the department.Earlier, Hilton has come under fire from People for Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) for carrying around her pets as accessories.

“The problem, with Paris and others buying trendy and small, high-maintenance animals and using them as accessories, is that it helps perpetuate the cruel trade in exotic animals. She probably takes very good care of them because she can, but kinkajous, chinchillas and other pocket pets, even smaller dogs, are not to be picked up and taken down the red carpet,” said Lisa Lange, a spokesperson for PETA.But Mintz defended Hilton with, “I don't view kinkajous as aggressive animals. The same kind of thing could have occurred with a German Shepherd.” Baby Luv was also taken to a veterinarian on Wednesday. Hilton's arm appeared all right the next day and she proceeded to shoot promos for her debut album Paris. “Yesterday she did two photo shoots and two magazine covers,” Mintz said. The album that sports the song Stars Are Blind, which has secured a place in the Billboard charts, will be released towards end August.

Paris Hilton to Magazine: I'm celibate

LONDON Aug 5, 2006 (AP)— Paris Hilton says she is sick of boyfriends and is celibate.

The 25-year-old who gained international fame when a former boyfriend posted a videotape of the couple having sex on the Internet denied leading a promiscuous lifestyle in an interview with the British edition of GQ magazine.

"I'm not having sex for a year. … I'll kiss, but nothing else," says Hilton, who told the magazine she has had sex with only two men during her lifetime. Of the videotape with Rick Solomon that became one of the most searched-for items on the Internet in 2003, she said: "I never received a dime from it. It's just dirty money and he should give it all to some charity for the sexually abused or something." The Hilton Hotels heir and uber-socialite told the magazine she is "very shy" and relates to the late Princess Diana, who was hounded by photographers.

"I've been in cars trying to get away from speeding paparazzi before and it's horrible, so I can relate to Diana and the problems she had," Hilton is quoted as saying. During the interview, Hilton also displayed some political illiteracy. When asked about British Prime Minister Tony Blair, her response was: "Who? … Oh, yeah, he's like your president. I don't know what he looks like." Hilton also told the magazine she collects $500,000 in fees just to show up at parties and other events from Las Vegas to Tokyo. Her best-paying gig, she said, was a recent Austrian appearance. "I had to say `hi' and tell them why I loved Austria so much," she is quoted as saying. And why does she like Austria? "Because they pay me $1 million to wave at crowds!"

The hotel heiress - who worked with her former best fiend Nicole Richie on the hit US TV series - has revealed she wants Nicole to be replaced. She confessed: "I don't know what happened to her. She just let fame get to her head. I look forward to doing a new 'Simple Life' with someone else."In season four, 'The Simple Life: 'Til Death Do Us Part', Paris and Nicole - who were lifelong friends before their public bust up last year - were given the task of playing a 'wife' and running a household, but the pair never shared any screen time.E! Entertainment Television, the network who screen the show, recently announced they will air a fifth season of the programme but warned they did not want to film the former friends separately again.CEO Ted Harbet insisted it was imperative Paris and Nicole agreed to share screen time for the sake of viewers. He said: "I don't have any control over whether they'll be friends by next season. But I'm not sure shooting them separately again is the best thing for the show."We pulled off a difficult thing this year and got away with it. We can't do that again."

Paris Hilton’s music album set for August 22 debut

The wait for hotel heiress Paris Hilton’s debut music album will finally come to an end on August 22, for that’s when it hits music stores around the world.
Hilton’s first single from the album, 'Stars Are Blind', was received well by music lovers around the world. It has currently laid claim to the No 16 in America's Billboard Pop 100 chart, and the video is one of the most requested on MTV in the UK.

Producer Scott Storch said that the album was sure to enjoy the success of the single as it’s a combination of “just good music”.

"She has a certain tone that's reminiscent of Cyndi Lauper and Blondie. The album doesn't have one particular sound. It's just good music - a combination of R+B, hip-hop and pop. It will surprise a lot of people because there's real artistry coming from Paris," Femalefirst quoted him, as saying. (ANI)

Hilton denies hacking Lohan’s blackberry

Washington, July 23: Paris Hilton who has allegedly been accused by Lindsay Lohan’s publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnik of hacking into Lohan’s personal Blackberry and sending out harassing messages to her buddy list, called such claims as absolutely ‘silly’.

"A mysterious troublemaker sent disgusting and very mean messages that everyone thought were coming from Lindsay. They weren`t. We now have her lawyers looking into it. Some people think Paris may have been involved because the wording of the messages sounds very familiar", Zap2it quoted Zelnik, as saying. But Hilton who has already gone through the ‘hacking business’ when her private info from her Sidekick was leaked onto the Internet in 2004, called the accusations as absolutely ‘silly’ and erroneous.

"I`m saddened this happened to Lindsay. I lived through this with Paris two years ago when her Sidekick was hacked into, and the loss of privacy is unbearable. But as for any suggestion that Paris would have anything to do with this, that is silly, untrue and unfortunate", Hilton`s rep Elliot Mintz said. Since a sample of the text wasn`t released, it`s not certain if these messages are similar to the things Hilton has said to Lohan in the past.

Paris Hilton man mistrust

Paris Hilton will never trust a man again after her ex released their homemade sex video.

The socialite's former love Rick Salomon made a fortune after releasing X-rated tape 'One Night in Paris' - which features the couple having full and oral sex - after they split.Paris admits she still finds the betrayal difficult to stomach. She told Britain's Guardian newspaper: "I haven't seen it. He's a pig. He's disgusting. That was the most horrible thing somebody could do to you. I was just very young and I really loved him and I was a stupid little girl. So I've learned a lot from my mistakes."It was rumoured that Paris was invoolved in making the tape public to make herself more famous and split the profits. But Paris has denied the claims, saying: "I didn't receive one dollar. I was going to sue but that meant I'd be in court for a whole year. So I said, 'I've just got to take this as a lesson in life. Don't ever trust anyone again like that, move on, and just forget about it'.'"After the video became public, Paris started her own reality Tv show 'The Simple Life' and launched herself as a brand, now earning over $6 million a year.

No More Sex For Paris Hilton

No, this is not a joke. And no she is not going to retire into a convent. And is not a bet that she has to win and not even a part in a movie.Paris Hilton had give up sex for one entire year. Why exactly she did that nobody knows but she mentioned that she imposed the ban on herself because she is convinced that abstaining from all carnal pleasure will help her to "rediscover" herself."I'm doing it just because I want to.

I feel I'm becoming stronger as a person. Every time I have a boyfriend, I'm just so romantic, and I'll put all my energy into the guy, and I don't really pay attention to myself", she said.Seems that she really changed.

She recently declared that the one-night-stands disgust her and they are "gross": One-night stands are not for me. I think it's gross when you just give it up. Guys want you more if you don't just hand it to them on a platter. If they want you, then they will wait.

You have to make them work for it. I think that's the only way you know if they really want you or just want to be able to brag that they've been with you", said Hilton. Now we're just curious how she will succeed to bring to an end her promise.

Paris Hilton On Nicole Richie: 'Fame Got To Her Head'

In a recent interview, Simple Life star Paris Hilton has attacked her former friend Nicole Richie, claiming that she is now only interested in befriending famous people.

Down to earth gal Hilton was taking part in an interview with the Guardian newspaper when she began talking about how Richie has changed.
She said of Richie: "Fame affects people in different ways. I've always remained the same girl and she's just not the same person any more.
"I think she just let fame get to her head. She's only nice to famous people. I don't know what happened to her. She's just not the same sweet girl I used to know. I wish that she'd come back. It breaks my heart."
"(She needs to) say sorry for being mean. I hope we will be friends one day."
Its never, ever gonna happen…

Meet the fake Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton has called her reality TV show 'The Simple Life' fake and claimed it reveals nothing of her real personality.

The heir of the Hilton hotel fortune stars in the series with former best friend Nicole Richie, the daughter of '80s singer Lionel Richie.

"'Simple Life' is a reality show and people might assume it's real," claimed Hilton.

"But it's fake. All reality shows are fake basically. When you have a camera on you, you are not going to act yourself.

"So before I started the show I thought I'd make a character like the movies. 'Legally Blonde' and 'Clueless' mixed together, with a rich girl all-in-one," explained Hilton, who is currently promoting her debut album.

"Even my voice is different from me in real life. It's a character I like to play. I think it's carefree and happy.

The public think they know me but they really don't."

A HILTON Hotel employee was left red-faced after refusing heiress Paris Hilton a discount on a room.
The socialite - great-granddaughter of the hotel chain's founder - agreed to take part in a radio show wind-up by phoning the Glasgow Hilton to reserve a room.

Asking if she could have a discount on her room rate, The Simple Life star was told by the reservations clerk he'd given her the best rate available.
The prank was aired on the Real Radio Breakfast Show this morning.
During the call, Paris was asked by reservations clerk Kevin whether she had a corporate rate at the hotel.

She was offered a standard queen room for £170 but asked if she could have a discount.
The sexy star was told by the employee: "There is no discount I can initiate, I’m afraid."
When she said: "Yes you can", he replied: "That is the cheapest rate I have available to me."
Paris then informed the clerk that she will get her manager to call back.
Real Radio breakfast show host Robin Galloway said: "I didn’t think Paris would be up for doing the wind-up, but she was a great sport and even thought the guy in reservations at the hotel was way too serious.
"She was a lovely girl and really opened up to us."

Hilton was recently engaged to Paris Latsis, before dating another Greek shipping heir, Stavros Niarchos.

In March, Theodore's girlfriend, Stephanie Cloutier, gave birth to their first child, a daughter. Sources say Hilton and Theodore left the Courthouse together on Sunday night to hit another club.

Hilton, Richie reunite for 'Simple Life'

LOS ANGELES - Those hoping that the new season of "The Simple Life" will supply the answer to what's really behind the famous Paris Hilton- Nicole Richie feud are going to be disappointed - but the former friends do toss a few dishy darts at one another. The reality-style series, which shows how inept the two celebutantes can be in everyday situations, returns Sunday, 10 p.m. EDT on E!
Hilton characterizes the two as "complete opposites."
"I'm the nice one, she's the evil one," the baby-voiced blonde says. "Some people change when they think they're a star or something and some people stay the same. I've always been the same and she's definitely not."
"Nothing happened," says a dismissive Richie. "You've never lost touch with anyone in your life?"

The socialite will also do a cover version of Rod Stewart's Do You Think I'm Sexy. She wrote lyrics to seven of the songs.

"I have always had a voice and always known I could sing, but I was too shy to let it come out," she added. "I think that is the hardest thing you can do, to sing in front of people. When I finally let go and did it, I realised it is what I am most talented at and what I love to do the most."

Paris Hilton plays host at the Bâoli club in Cannes

Paris Hilton along with Victoria Secret Models played host at Suite Miami in Bâoli on Saturday, 20 May 2006 to the rich and famous attending the Cannes Film festival. The provocatively attired American socialite and heiress to the Hilton Hotel fortune, who also dabbles in modeling and acting, was presented a diamond ring on the occasion.
The Bâoli is a luxury restaurant on the edge of the Riviera that film stars, models and millionaire frequent during the Cannes film festival. It creates the ambience of the island of Bali in Indonesia, a very popular tourist destination. The entrance mimics the gates of a Hindu temple. The logo of the Bâoli takes inspiration from the Hindu god Shiva and symbolizes water flowing sinuously and dropping on a lingam. The interiors are exotic with palm trees, candle-lit tables and sofas bathed with subdued light from lamps.
The fact that most of us would find Bâoli frightfully expensive to eat out at could well be left unsaid. After all, someone had to pay for the diamond ring presented to Ms Hilton.
